To sensitize students to the importance that knowledge of the concepts and fundamental instruments of political economy assumes in the orientation and legal framework of the life of individuals, families and companies. 2. Understand the functioning of markets and price formation in open economies, understand the essential aspects of the organization and functioning of enterprises, problems associated with credit, liquidity and means of payment. 3.To know the economic integration schemes and the instruments of economic policy. 4. Understanding economic policy instruments and the problems of economic growth and income distribution in modern societies.

    Objectives

    The programmatic contents allow in a coherent way to reach the objectives, as the classes seek through the participation of the students, make it stimulated to: 1. Analysis and understanding of the role of the State and public policies in the Economy, the weight and size of the state's business sector and the configuration and impact of the tax system. 2. Understanding the vicissitudes of the labor market and wage policy, the issues associated with the formation and amortization of capital. 3. Understand the organization and functioning of businesses, the problems associated with credit, liquidity and means of payment in the integrated economies and in the global economy. 4. Understanding the problems of economic growth and income distribution in modern societies.
