GAENEE - Support Office for Students with Special Educational Needs

The Lusófona University, based on a policy of inclusion, established the Office for Monitoring Students with Special Educational Needs (GAENEE) in 2016. This Office is intended to evaluate the health situations of students who, temporarily or permanently, wish to apply for the status of student with special educational needs, based on the Statute.

How do I apply for student status with special educational needs?

Access the netPA - Academic Portal, in the "Teaching activities" tab, select "Request requests" and then "Special Educational Needs Status - delivery of documentation".

You must download the Application, fill it out, sign and upload it as well as the medical certificate.

Note: Submission of medical proof is mandatory.

Scholarship for Students with a Disability Level Greater than 60%

Students with a proven disability greater than 60% can request a scholarship using the form, attributed according to regulation.
