The “Building Knowledge” project began more than 20 years ago and its evolution and recognition results from the integration of different scientific areas of secondary education and its constant adaptation to the curricular programs and the innovation of the activities to be carried out.
It is aimed at students in the 10th, 11th and 12th years, in different scientific areas of secondary education and offers students a series of practical activities in the areas of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Environment, Genetics, Medicine and Management.
The project has the collaboration of FE - Faculty of Engineering, EPCV - School of Psychology and Life Sciences, ECATI - School of Communication, Arts, Architecture and Information Technology and FCNET - Faculty of Natural Sciences, Engineering and Technology, which organise laboratory activities in different areas of knowledge.
Sessions last two hours for each group of 15 students, totaling four hours for a class with a maximum of 30 students.
