The relevance of this UC lies in the fact that students are able to plan, implement and monitor the evaluation of an internal quality assurance system of an educational institution, following the supervisory procedures and its continuous improvement plan.

Student-centered learning models are privileged. Classes will be organized in such a way as to intersperse the theoretical dimension, for knowledge and analysis of quality management and school evaluation models, and the practical dimension, for the design, in small groups, of a proposal for an internal guarantee system of quality, based on performance management, for an educational organization, based on a model of promoting continuous improvement. Students will select a cluster of schools that have undergone external evaluation by GSE. They will prepare a group work (which consists of designing an internal evaluation strategy, based on the CAF model applied to education) and an individual reflection (where they will explain the main lessons learned and the main benefits that such lessons can bring to future performance of your function).
