Resume

Carlos Seixas holds a PhD in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto. He is an Assistant Professor at Lusófona University – Porto University Centre and. He is an integrated researcher at Intrepid Lab/CETRAD and a collaborating researcher at cef.UP . His research lies at the intersection of economics and political science, particularly public choice and political economy, and covers political institutions, public policy, decentralisation and local public finance. His research has been published in international journals.
