Maria de Lurdes Gomes Neves completed her degree in 2003, with Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology in 2007 and her PhD in Education Psychology in 2018 in the University of Porto, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences. Actualy she is a Scientific Coordinator of the Human Resources Postgraduate, Master's Degree Coordinator in Human Potential Management in ISG Lisbon Business School. She has published several articles in specialized magazines and technical books in leadearship . In her professional activities, she interacted with more than 2 dozen collaborator(s) in co-authoring scientific works. In her Ciência Vitae curriculum, the most frequent terms in the context of scientific, technological and artistic-cultural production are: Ethical leadership, Ethical leadership scale, Portuguese leaders.; Ethical leadership; Ethical leadership scale; Portuguese leaders; teacher motivation, motivation for sustainability, Artificial Intelligence applyed to human resources. Dedicated, committed and focused, and always passionate about working with people, she has developed her career in teaching, teacher training, coaching, human resource development, conflict management, selection and recruitment, training and performance evaluation, above all in multicultural settings.
