Promoting Opportunities and Demands on the Labour Market

On 20 March, Lusófona University hosted a job fair with the aim of establishing direct contact between students and companies, revealing internship and job opportunities to young people.

This initiative, as part of Lusófona University's EVA - Internship, Active Life and Lifelong Learning programme, brought together the participating companies and challenged them to set up interactive stands and introduce themselves to the students. In this way, they endeavoured to capture the students' attention through a variety of workshops and talks.

During the event, an atmosphere of involvement and dedication was noticeable, highlighting the commitment of companies from a wide range of sectors. The students showed interest in getting to know the organisations present, including Auchan, MTC People, DDN, Falual Group, Multitempo, Job Impulse, Câmara do Porto, Manpower Group, PwC and NH Collection.

With this year's Job Fair, the EVA also allowed direct interaction with companies and the establishment of connections, promoting the discovery of career opportunities and an understanding of the possible demands of the labour market.

Events of this nature reaffirm Lusófona University's ongoing commitment to providing the best professional development opportunities for students.
