The working sessions will be theoretical and practical. In the dynamics of the sessions, students will actively participate by reading some previously defined and distributed texts (Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen: Declaration of Independence of the USA; Communist Manifesto; Encyclical Rerum Novarum; Universal Declaration of the Rights of Humanity): The aim of these readings, connected in class. lies in the need to use the contexts of each document as a laboratory tool for understanding the changes, scope and implications of each one. The assessment, in addition to a written text, will involve participation in debates centred on these texts, as well as the preparation of an individual essay based on one of the texts mentioned, or one of the student's choice.
