Class Juvenile Delinquencies and Transgressions

This CU aims to foster in students the need for knowledge and understanding of the main concepts of about the main concepts of Juvenile Delinquency and Transgressions, especially with regard to the legal norms central to the work of a criminologist. It also aims to initiate students in the analysis and reflection of the constructs present in the work of the Social Network, as well as the principles and rules rules underlying the planning instruments associated with it, boosting a broad partnership work focusing on extended partnership work focusing on the strategic planning of social and tutelary intervention.

Delinquency, transgressions, incivilities, social order offenses and transgressions: concepts, distinction and specificities.

Explanatory theories of juvenile delinquency and its framework in the problem of adolescence and transition to adulthood.

Typology and types of delinquents.

Group delinquency - organization of gangs.

Causes of behavior: belonging and peer groups; risk and protective factors: relativity.

Adolescence and contact with justice: juvenile victims; specific cases.

The special penal regime for young adults

The functions of the criminologist in the field of juvenile delinquency and in the protection and promotion of rights.

The subjects will be presented in class, with the main problems being stated, using the expository method. expository method, calling for student participation.
