The course Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management examines how new ventures and innovation processes are conceived, developed and sustained within dynamic organizational environments. Its scope spans the foundational theories of entrepreneurship, the principles of innovation management and the practices that enable organizations to learn, adapt and generate value. Intervention areas include opportunity identification, lean start¿up-based product¿market research, creativity methods, customer¿driven insight generation and the structured development of new products and services. Within the study cycle, the course plays a central role by equipping students with the analytical, creative and managerial capabilities required to design innovative solutions, support entrepreneurial initiatives and contribute to organizational renewal and competitiveness.

Objetivos
Objetivos
Students completing Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management will develop knowledge of entrepreneurial theory, innovation models and the dynamics of learning organizations, together with the principles that guide opportunity recognition and customer¿driven value creation. They will acquire skills in conducting lean start¿up product¿market research, applying creativity techniques, translating the Voice of the Customer into design requirements and structuring new product or service development processes. As competences, students will be able to critically analyse entrepreneurial contexts, design evidence¿based innovation strategies, iterate solutions in uncertain environments and contribute to the creation, renewal or scaling of ventures and innovation initiatives within diverse organizational settings.

The course adopts innovative online teaching-learning methodologies that combine interactive lectures with applied, student¿centred digital practice. Synchronous sessions use collaborative whiteboards, breakout discussions and live problem¿solving to simulate entrepreneurial decision¿making, while asynchronous modules integrate short video explainers, guided lean start¿up exercises and creativity challenges supported by digital tools. Students work with customer¿insight techniques, rapid¿iteration templates and virtual prototyping environments that mirror real entrepreneurial and innovation processes. This integrated online approach promotes active engagement, experimentation and continuous feedback, ensuring a dynamic and practice¿oriented learning experience aligned with the course's objectives.
