My Diploma/Certificate of Qualifications is issued by a Foreign University. How do I authenticate you?
Diplomas and certificates must show the circumstances of their issuance in a reliable way and must be authenticated by the Portuguese Consulate in the issuing country or, where applicable, apostilled, under the terms of the Hague Convention, by the competent authorities of the issuing State, and translated into Portuguese by a sworn translator when written in a language other than Portuguese, Spanish, French or English.
