Presentation
Acquisition of knowledge in the production area through the development of operations management skills, which allow understanding the dynamics of processes and the competitiveness of new production systems. The same parallelism is carried out for the service delivery. The objective is the acquisition of knowledge by students for the application of a set of methods and control planning, which will help to support decisions in the universe of management/production planning.

Objectives
Objectives
Acquire knowledge to:
- Identify the various factors that affect productivity, calculate indicators for monitoring;
- Identify the factors that affect the choice of the appropriate forecasting method;
- Analyze and improve production systems and their planning and control based on informed decisions.
- Identify optimal production strategies;
- Determine possible dates of order delivery to customers and order dates to suppliers;
- Minimize volumes of work in progress and final stocks;
- Regularize the load on the various workstations.
