This course aims to equip students with the ability to identify, compare, and integrate theories, conceptual models, concepts, and analytical methodologies that support the understanding of behavior in the workplace and within organizations. It develops competencies to analyze the attitudes and behaviors of various organizational actors across individual, group, and organizational levels, and fosters the critical application of these frameworks to the diagnosis and intervention of organizational problems. Particular attention is given to the interpretation of empirical evidence and to the principles of ethics, diversity, and inclusion.

Objectives
Objectives
By the end of the semester, students should be able to: LO1 - Explain work as a source of personal development and well¿being, and describe the nature of work and organizations. LO2 - Critically compare the main theoretical approaches and organizational models, explaining their evolution over time and their practical implications. LO3 - Analyze psychosocial processes in work and organizational settings, and select appropriate methods for work analysis and organizational intervention in response to concrete problems. LO4 - Identify and justify the main application contexts of Work and Organizational Psychology, integrating the individual, group, and organizational levels of analysis.

Teaching methodologies
Teaching methodologies
The course is organized in theoretical lessons and laboratory practice. The theoretical classes are planned so that the exposition of the programmatic contents is complemented by discussion of the application of the contents to organizational reality. Laboratory practice includes a) analysis and discussion of representative cases of the course contents, and b) orientation, analysis and presentation of an empirical study.
