Objectives
Advanced knowledge of legal and regulatory regimes and policies on energy markets from different international,European, and national perspectives. Contribution to a paradigm shift for the management and governance of energyresources in the context of a just and efficient transition, on the path of carbon neutrality, through a practical andmultidisciplinary approach.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Theoretical-practical classes and application of active learning methods. Evaluation through a final exam. Alternative(subject to approval by the Scientific Council): Assessment through the elaboration of a written assignment on one ofthe themes identified in the programme of the curricular unit (75%), also presented orally (25%).
