Filling in worksheets or behavioral surveys that are analyzed by students and discussed during classes, seeking to reinforce the importance of communication with peers, and in hierarchy. Basic notions of communication styles, specific skills in the art of communication, both as professional and non-professional in the market, which wants to be increasingly competitive and innovative.
Basic notions of behavioral skills, valued in understanding and cooperation, among them; leadership skills, self-motivation, teamwork and creativity. Basic notions for interpersonal communication, fundamental for the success of leaders, professionals, teams and companies, in general, that avoid conflicts generated by failures and misinterpretation, something that is recurrent in corporate media.

Objectives
Knowledge: Understand the importance of effective communication in veterinary medicine. Identify the different types of communication and their characteristics. Develop verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Learn to deal with conflict situations and difficult communication. Know the principles of ethics and professional deontology in communication. Skills: Know how to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively with clients, colleagues and other professionals. Establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships. Demonstrate empathy and respect for diversity. Know how to listen and interpret the needs of others. Resolve conflicts constructively. Game-Based Learning (ABJ): Use of games and gamification elements to make learning more dynamic and motivating. Promotes active participation, engagement and knowledge retention. 3. Simulations: Safe virtual environments to practice skills and make decisions in complex situations. Reduces risks and allows learning from mistakes. 4. Personalized Learning: Online platforms adapt the pace and difficulty of content to the individual needs of each student. Promotes autonomy and responsibility for learning.
