    Basic notions of behavioral skills, valued in understanding and cooperation, among them; leadership skills, self-motivation, teamwork and creativity. Basic notions for interpersonal communication, fundamental for the success of leaders, professionals, teams and companies, in general, that avoid conflicts generated by failures and misinterpretation, something that is recurrent in corporate media.
