Objectives
At the end of this UC the student will be able to:
- Identify the most used and disseminated HRM models and policies;
- Recognize, describe and implement HRM Policies, Models and Trends;
- Critically analyze the implementation of HRM Policies.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
This modlue adopts a mixed methodology of oral exposition and active methods, with the aim of applying the theoretical knowledge in order to facilitate the learning process. Students analyze texts and scientific articles that aim to generate discussion around the concepts. Viewing online clips and accessing websites complement the methodology. Assessment based on exercises and individual works(100%).
