Objectives
UC Human Resources Services Delivery aims to provide an integrated view of the human resources area with the companies' global strategy, in addition to developing and expanding the management perspective.
The program deepens and structures theoretical knowledge in its application of human resources, with an emphasis on its main subsystems; discusses the application in companies and offers instruments for action.
Train the higher-level professional to develop a strategic, tactical and operational vision of Human Resources management in organizations; Develop the ability to analyze, structure and synthesize information related to people management, contributing to the improvement of the decision-making process.
Offer instruments so that they obtain greater and better knowledge of the area of human resources and manage to improve management processes at the level of excellence.
