It is intended that students at the end of the curricular unit are autonomous in the creation and implementation of competency models, as well as in the design, implementation and evaluation of professional training plans.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
This curricular unit is developed through active learning methodologies. In most classes, students carry out practical exercises, in a work group, in order to promote learning through practice. This is reflected in the assessment of students that will be carried out through the development of individual work of a practical nature.
