    • Understand the dependent relationship of the human resources strategy with the company's business strategy;
    • Highlight the strategic importance of human resources for the formulation, implementation and success of business strategies;
    • Design human resources strategies and policies in line with the organizational strategy using the scorecard.

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

    This curricular unit is developed through active learning methodologies. in most of
    classes, students carry out practical exercises, in a work group, in order to promote the
    learning through practice. This is reflected in the assessment of students that will be carried out through
    the development of individual work of a practical nature.
