    FITNESS is a discipline that teaches you to teach group classes choreographed: aerobics and step. Teaches working motor skills within the music, teaching methods of group classes and communication and instruction inherent to teach school.

    -Goals and benefits of group classes; -Description of the stages of Class: heating; Main/aerobic phase; Return to calm; Phase in; /Alongamento--relaxation music: musical structures; Concept of beat; Octave music; Musical phrase; Musical bridge; Musical Construction. -Choreographic Structures: Element; Segment; String; Choreographic block. -Basic Motor Skills. -Teaching-learning process of motor skills: cognitive, Associative; Autonomous.

    -Teaching method of motor skills: all or global method; Progressive method; Choreographic Construction methods: Follow the Leader Method; Associative method; Add() method; Pyramidal Linear Method; Insert method; Method of Addition-Subtraction; Progressive Method; Method of Division. Step. Leadership skills. Music cadences.

    Objectives

    Meet the structural process of learning of the group classes;

    -Identify the different stages of the learning-teaching group classes;

    -Meet the practitioner/student development process, identifying the fundamental behaviors adopted or adopt in the group classes

    -Meet the principles and methodological procedures to be applied for the specific teaching group classes; -Acquire didactic skills fundamental to be able to analyze the level of provision of students and adopt the methodological procedures more effective to your development.

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Theoretical-practical classes will be taught. Av. consists of 4 practical evaluations per semester (30%), + 1 av. practice per semester (20%), 1 frequency per semester (40%). It counts for the final grade with a weighting of 30% (practical evaluations) and 20% (practical final evaluation). The student will not be able to obtain in any of the assessments a value of less than 9.5.

     

    The result of the attendance will count towards the final grade with a weighting of 40%, and the student cannot obtain a score lower than 9.5 in this frequency. If you have to take a recovery test, held in the last week of classes of each semester, having a maximum of 9.5 values, regardless of the grade obtained. The final score will be the weighted average of all evaluations.

     

    Final Exam: Theoretical Examination and Practical Examination of Aerobics and Step, with presentation of a lesson plan with the method of addition with two segments of alternating leadership and direct insertion at the end.
