    Commitment, identification and engagement

    Work teams: communication, cohesion and leadership

    Application contexts ( e.g. human resources selection, performance evaluation and career planning)

    Objectives

    At the end of the semester, students should be able to: Understand the evolution of work as a source of production and personal development; Know the organizational models and their evolution over time, situating its current approach in an historical context; Know the psycho-social processes related to work and organizations; Identify the main contexts of application of work and organizational psychology.

  • Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

    The course is organized in theoretical lessons and laboratory practice. The theoretical classes are planned so that the exposition of the programmatic contents is complemented by discussion of the application of the contents to organizational reality. Laboratory practice includes a) analysis and discussion of representative cases of the course contents, and b) orientation, analysis and presentation of an empirical study.
