  • Objectives

    Objectives

This CU aims to provide students with strategies and methodologies for intervention in the psychological processes involved in interpersonal and group dynamics in organizational contexts or in the community. For this, students should develop skills to identify problems, and to plan, implement and evaluate different types of intervention linked to specific social contexts. In particular, they should be able to (a) distinguish between different types of problems in different contexts and (b) identify the different possible interventions in a specific context. Students should also know c) how to distinguish between different models and intervention approaches; d) adapt these models to the contingent situation, choosing compatible tools, and e) be able to design instruments to monitor the results and evaluate the impacts of an intervention or project.

The teaching methodology of the CU includes the presentation of the contents of the syllabus complemented in an integrated way by case analysis on some of its particular aspects, through articles or reports. In addition, mentoring activities are planned for student assessment work.
