Class Labour Law II

Characterize the UC of the specific assumptions in order to provide the student with technical and scientific skills in the competence of critical analysis of appreciation of the legal-labor relations of admission, maintenance and termination of employment contracts.

1. Causes of termination of the employment contract; the principle of numerus clausus.
2. Notion and elements integrating the concept of dismissal (individual) with just cause (¿subjective¿ or ¿disciplinary¿).
3. Other forms of termination at the employer's initiative: collective dismissal, dismissal for termination of employment and dismissal for unsuitability.
4. Termination at the initiative of the worker.
5. Basic concepts, maxime normal working hours and working hours.
6. Vacation: doctrinal analysis and specifics.
7. Holidays: notion, modalities and effects.
8. Faults: notion, modalities and effects.
9. Retribution
10. Collective labor relations
11. The Working Conditions Authority.
