Identification Document
Citizen Card or a valid identification document in Portugal.
Medical Declaration (Degree in Physical Education)
Proof that the requirements of Group E – Functional and Physical Fitness are met, in accordance with Deliberation no. 454/2026, of 10 April (mandatory at the time of enrolment).
ENES Form 2026
Submission of the original to the services for verification.

of the Technological Specialisation Course or Higher Professional Technical Course
