Identification Document

Citizen Card or a valid identification document in Portugal.

Academic Certificate

Higher education certificate specifying completed modules and the final grade average.

Diplomas and certificates must authentically demonstrate the circumstances of their issuance and must be legalised by the Portuguese Consulate in the issuing country or, where applicable, bear an Apostille, under the terms of the Hague Convention, and be translated into Portuguese by a sworn translator if they are written in a language other than Portuguese, Spanish, French, or English.
