Knowledge about current fashion in the world and in Portugal:
Implementation strategy for international and national brands, in the transversal market;
Vision of local and international identity: French fashion; English fashion; Italian fashion; Japanese fashion; Portuguese fashion;
Contact with the reality of national Fashion Designers;

Objectives
Fashion cover various aspects of society: the consume, politics, social fenomena, economical strategies, local costumes, cultural life, demographic evolution, cientific discoveries, costumes and attitudes. Ability to research and work influences;
Ability to use different methodologies of data treatment;

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Mandatory work carried out throughout the semester - one of 20%; another, the Final work, of 60%; Oral Presentation - if it is defined that there is an oral presentation of some or all of the mandatory work, it should be noted that students will have to present their work in a class context, to be defined by the teacher, in front of the rest of the class, subject to questions by part of the teacher or teachers. The grade for this evaluation moment may be included in the final grade of the work or have a separate evaluation.
Debate and class participation - 10%; Attendance - 10%. The submission of a essay or other, until 24h delay has a two point penalization, after that has zero.
