Infrastructure and Equipment
Infrastructure and Equipment
The Institution privileges the development of activities that foster the link between academia and the professional environment as well as the integration of students in multidisciplinary research teams, where they can acquire new skills through research and practical exploration. The Cycle of Studies seeks to meet the objectives and mission of the HEI through the development of multidisciplinary activities where students are integrated. The activities are developed in the classroom or outside of it but, in either situation, the students have the presence and support of the teachers to carry out their acquisitions. The implementation of the Bologna principles is also a premise of the EC and, in this sense, students can develop real projects requested by the business environment, needing to acquire skills with the support of the faculty involved in the various projects and in the curricular units. Students have access to the prototyping laboratory (Labtec) for exploratory projects and course work.
