Class Sectoral Policies and Innovation

This discipline intends to give and analyse several sectoral relevant policies for portuguese economy, namely agricultural policy, industrial policy, energy policy, envoronmental policy, tourism policy and also

formation and qualification policies of human resources. Intends, yet, to analyse innovation and innovation policies.

The methodologies used are the exposition of concepts followed immediately by their application to concrete cases and discussion of these situations. For this purpose, students use the most modern and sophisticated information and communication technologies.
