Class Cinematography Production and Directing Workshop II

  • Presentation

    Presentation

The course is taught in 2 complementary modules that are articulated and developed on the basis of the premise "From the real". In both modules, students will produce filmic objects.

In one of the modules, the object of analysis, interpretation and confrontation is what the surrounding world and the encounter with the Other, the apprehension of dimensions of otherness, suggest as a source of inspiration and work.

In the other module, inspiration and work will be drawn from each student's individuality in view to explore memory, personal experience and their private and familiar world.

The premise "From the real" is the motto for exploring the themes and creative processes that each student will develop, in the context of both fiction and documentary, while also allowing for the exploration of hybrid formats that cross the boundaries of genres, or that transversely associate other aspects of artistic experimentation.
