Objectives
Objectives
Work the fundamental concepts of TVM, such as the value of money over time, with relevance to the processes of compounding, discounting, solving problems of interest rate, various types of loans, and the respective amortization methods. Use of digital tools for the time value of money as spreadsheets and financial calculators.

Teaching methodologies
.The contents were carefully selected to enable a continuous and gradual learning of the knowledge to be acquired in this curricular unit. The definition of the curriculum was made after an analysis of the remaining curricular units, to promote an integrated learning of concepts inherent to this course. During the semester we will use digital tools with practical applications for the study of the curriculum unit.
