    Presentation

The course Economics, Ethical Management and Social Responsibility explores the foundations and practical applications of ethics in organisational settings, linking economics, management and sustainability. Its scope is responsible decision-making in companies and other organisations. Key areas include strategy and governance, corporate social responsibility, sustainable development and the circular economy, plus transparency and reporting (ESG, GRI, ISO 26000, UN Global Compact). Interventions range from analysing dilemmas and designing policies to the critical appraisal of sustainability reports and real-world cases, building critical thinking and execution skills. The course fits the BSc in Management by embedding ethics and sustainability into value creation and competitiveness, and the BSc in Management & Human Resource Development by supporting people policies, culture and ethical leadership aimed at wellbeing and accountability.
