Syllabus
Focused analysis of existing scientific research and bibliographic production in each of the two areas of specialization. Focused analysis of documentation supporting social challenges and public policies in the two areas of specialization. Contributions to the operationalization of research within the adopted theoretical and methodological frameworks. Techniques for writing correctly structured scientific texts, with theoretical and empirical foundations. Techniques for presenting and disseminating scientific knowledge in different contexts.

Objectives
At the end of this UC students will be able to: Apply the knowledge acquired or developed in the UC Methodology of Research in Education and UC Construction of a Research Project. Select, in a well-founded way, different possibilities of approach methodology of each of the selected themes, taking into account the theoretical framework defined. Write and present a scientific text, properly structured and substantiated. Contribute to the updating, sharing and dissemination of scientific knowledge

Teaching methodologies and assessment
The Seminar, with 28 hours of direct and in-person contact, consists of seven sessions of 4 H. Throughout the Seminar, each master's student will present their work research, within the scope of preparing the dissertation, according to the development phase development of each person's project, to be defined at the beginning of the Seminar and always under the scientific supervision of a doctorate professor, with a relevant curriculum in the area of Specialization
