Objectives
Recognize the relevance of SHRM in current society, according to socio-economic challenges it faces. Identify the explanatory variables considered in the different models and theoretical perspectives on SHRM Understand the specificities of GERH in the different sectors of activity. Reflect on the challenges to GERH as well as their consequences.

Teaching methodologies
Teaching methodologies
Students will contact a range of organizations, where they will learn about their human resource management strategy. From this contact, students will be invited to write an individual essay on the connection between theoretical aspects of strategic human resource management and the reality of the chosen organization. It is expected to be possible to carry out at least one study visit.
