    Presentation

The course Models and Processes of Intervision and Supervision in Mediation deepens students' understanding of the theoretical, ethical and methodological foundations of intervision and supervision applied to mediation. It explores models, roles, observation, feedback, reflection and guidance techniques, as well as interpersonal dynamics, ethical decision-making and emerging trends in professional development. Learning combines theory and practice through webinars, flipped classroom activities, case studies, forums, collaborative work and role-play. Students are expected to develop analytical, communicative and reflective skills enabling them to understand, analyse and conduct intervision and supervision processes in different mediation contexts with autonomy, critical thinking and professional responsibility.
