Change of Institution/Course or Re-entry
If you are currently enrolled in higher education and wish to change your course, you can apply via the institution/course transfer scheme.
General Information
- A mudança de instituição/curso aplica-se a cursos de licenciatura (1.º ciclo) e a mestrados integrados.
- O estudante deve ter estado matriculado e inscrito, em anos letivos anteriores, noutro curso de ensino superior (em Portugal ou no estrangeiro), sem o ter concluído.
- Não é permitida a mudança no mesmo ano letivo em que o estudante ingressou no ensino superior e realizou matrícula e inscrição, ao abrigo de qualquer regime de acesso e ingresso.
- O estudante deve ter realizado as provas de ingresso exigidas para o curso pretendido (exames nacionais do ensino secundário ou provas de Maiores de 23) e ter obtido a classificação mínima definida pela Universidade Lusófona para o ano de candidatura.

Identification Document
Citizen Card or a valid identification document in Portugal.
Medical Statement (Bachelor’s in Physical Education)
Evidence of meeting the Group E prerequisite – Functional and Physical Fitness, in accordance with Resolution no. 454/2026, of 10 April (compulsory at the time of enrolment).
ENES Form / Method of Entry
Presentation of the original document to the services for verification.
Academic Certificate
Higher education academic certificate or proof of enrolment.
