International Week 28th International Week of Cinema and Media Arts & Philoxenia
Sharing knowledge through masterclasses and workshops, allowing students to showcase their first-semester work to the academic community
Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
In a time when media arts are reinvented with every gesture, it becomes essential to create spaces for meeting, sharing, and reflection. From February 9 to 13, 2025, the Department of Cinema and Media Arts at Universidade Lusófona presents a week dedicated to the dialogue between creation, knowledge, and experimentation. The XXVIII International Week of Cinema and Media Arts establishes itself as a space for active learning, bringing together masterclasses, workshops, and special guests — artists, industry professionals, and company representatives — who offer new perspectives on contemporary artistic practice.
At the same time, Philoxenia celebrates the voice and vision of our students, giving them the opportunity to present their work developed throughout the first semester to the academic community through exhibitions, film screenings, and project showcases. More than an event, this week is an invitation to inspiration, sharing, and collective creation, organized by Lusófona Filmes, Fashion Lusófona, DeLLi, Fo:RCE, Lusófona Games, and NE-FELI-BA-TA.
