Journeys 2nd Educational Sciences Conference – Internships in Social Education

The Bachelor's Degree in Educational Sciences - Social Education at Lusófona University - Lisbon University Centre, with the support of CeiED – Interdisciplinary Centre for Studies in Education and Development, within the scope of the ReLeCo Public Policies and Governance in Education activities of CeiED, promotes the 2nd Educational Sciences – Social Education Conference, an event dedicated to reflecting on the role of internships in the training of future social educators. Under the theme "Internships in Social Education: The Role of Institutions in the Training of Future Social Educators", the initiative will bring together specialists, host institutions for interns, and students to discuss challenges, opportunities, and best practices in the sector.

The event will also feature the presence of EVA – Internship, Active Life, Mobility and Lifelong Learning, a service of Lusófona University dedicated to supporting and promoting the connection of our students to internship placements and their integration into active professional life.

During the sessions, experiences will be shared regarding the integration of students in real work environments and the impact of these practices on their professional training.

The event is free, but prior registration is required.
