International students have access to a set of information sessions designed to clarify doubts and provide support throughout the application process to Lusófona University.
The sessions take place via WhatsApp, accommodate a maximum of 28 participants, and last up to 1 hour.
Sessions are held in Portuguese and are aimed at students from the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP).

- Stay on topic: Sharing content unrelated to studying in Portugal is not allowed
- Silence period: The chat will only be opened during the final 20 minutes for questions
- Privacy: Extracting participants’ contact details is strictly prohibited
