Debate Conversations at the University

From April 19th to 21st, Lusófona University – Porto University Center will be one of the meeting spaces of Porto Femme - International Film Festival.

The "Conversations at the University", carried out in partnership with Porto Femme, the research project FEMglocal and Lusófona University, will be instigated by the exhibition of films promoting the discussion of current pressing themes, such as feminist movements, women's transgender people, oppression and violence against women.

These moments of debate are in charge of the FEMglocal team and count with Vanessa Ribeiro Rodrigues, Célia Taborda (Co-PI), Ana Sofia Pereira (postdoc fellow), Carla Cerqueira (PI) and Priscilla Domingos (fellow of doctorate), as well as with the collaboration of Nuno Carneiro, Simão Freitas and Joana Cabral, and directors, producers and actresses of the films shown.
