CEAD Francisco Suárez announces the Workshop “Current Challenges in Economic Criminal Law: A Comparative Perspective Between Portugal and Spain”, which will take place on May 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at Campus 3 - Room B.1.1.
This workshop aims to promote an in-depth reflection on the main challenges currently facing Economic Criminal Law, in a context marked by the growing complexity of economic relations and the intensification of international legal cooperation. Through a comparative approach between the Portuguese and Spanish legal systems, recent trends, practical difficulties, and possible paths for development in this field will be analysed.
The initiative will feature the participation of renowned specialists and academics, providing a privileged space for debate and knowledge sharing among researchers, students, and legal professionals.
