Start April 20, 2026 | 09h00 End April 24, 2026 | 17h00

The BIP Lisbon focuses on the theme “CRM Soft Skills Challenges in the Aeronautical Sector”, and the programme was designed to develop essential competencies for safety, efficiency, and performance in high-demand environments such as aviation, where decision-making, communication, and teamwork directly impact operational outcomes.

The topics addressed include:

  • Teamwork and communication, focusing on coordination, clarity in information exchange, and the reduction of human error;
  • Risk management, addressing prevention, threat identification, and safety culture;
  • Decision-making and problem-solving, applied to scenarios with time pressure and incomplete information;
  • Situational awareness, essential for anticipating changes and maintaining operational control;
  • Leadership, including team management, goal alignment, and influence in critical contexts;
  • Interpersonal skills, such as cooperation, assertiveness, feedback, and conflict management;
  • Workload management, to prevent overload, fatigue-related errors, and loss of focus.

In the end, these sessions will serve as a foundation for participants to develop a consistent project with practical application, aligned with the BIP objectives and directly related to improving the human and behavioural competencies that underpin CRM in aviation.
