WIRE by FilmEU invites early-career researchers, Master's students, PhD candidates, and postdoctoral researchers to a two-day in-person workshop on Artistic Research Methodologies: Archive, Memory and Cinema.
The event will take place at the National Film School of LMTA (Vilnius, Lithuania), on 17 and 18 April 2025. This workshop represents an opportunity to explore diverse cinematic practices such as video art, dance film, and documentary film, guided by experienced researchers and filmmakers.
Participants will have the opportunity to work with different tools and methodologies to enrich their artistic research and creative process.

Who can apply? This workshop is open to young researchers: Master's students working in the fields of cinema, media arts, and performance, PhD candidates researching artistic methodologies, and postdoctoral researchers interested in expanding their creative practices.
