She has over 20 years of professional experience in educational, institutional, social, and municipal contexts, working with young people and adults, with a strong focus on network-based intervention, promoting well-being, and valuing individual and collective paths. Her work has focused on leading multidisciplinary teams and developing integrated responses tailored to community and institutional realities

- Speaker: Dr. Manuela Hélène Silva | Social project manager and certified trainer in emotional intelligence and relational leadership. With over 15 years of experience in social intervention, she has developed and coordinated projects in the fields of education, social inclusion, and youth employability, many supported by national and European programs. Her work focuses on developing emotional skills, well-being, and the quality of relationships in professional contexts.
