The Universidade Lusófona - Lisbon University Centre is organising, on the 1st of April, 2025, an open lecture within the scope of the course unit "Lusophone Space", dedicated to the post-colonial relations between Portugal and Angola in the period of 1975-76.

This session represents an opportunity to analyse the challenges, advancements, and the impact of this cooperation from a critical and reflective perspective.

The event will feature the participation of Domingos Alberto, a PhD candidate in History at the Institute of Social Sciences (ICS), who will explore the diplomatic impact of Angola's independence and the challenges of the relations between the two countries during that period.
