
Open Class Unrest in the Arctic in the 21st Century

The Lusófona University – Porto University Centre will host an open class on February 17, 2025, titled "Unrest in the Arctic in the 21st Century". This event is part of the curricular unit on Geopolitics and Geostrategy of International Relations in the Bachelor's degree in European Studies, Lusophone Studies, and International Relations at the Faculty of Law and Political Science.
The session will be led by Dr. Céline Rodrigues, a PhD candidate in International Relations at NOVA FCSH and a doctoral researcher at IPRI-NOVA. The class will cover essential topics such as the geopolitical relationship of the Arctic, the impacts of climate change, and international security, with an analysis of the effects of these issues on Portugal.
