Exhibition Volunteer Fair: Engage to Transform
Event Promotes Civic Engagement and Social Impact Within the Academic Community of ULusófona – CUP

Lusófona University – Porto University Centre will host the Volunteer Fair on 14 May 2025, an initiative that reinforces the institution’s commitment to active citizenship, solidarity and the building of a fairer and more inclusive society.
Organised by the ULusófona - CUP Students’ Union, Lusófona Voluntária and the INOVAEDU Project, this fair aims to bring students closer to a range of volunteering projects, providing a space for direct contact with around 12 to 15 volunteer organisations. Throughout the day, students will be able to freely visit the stands of these organisations, clarify any questions, share experiences and discover ways to engage in meaningful social action that impacts both local and global communities.
The Volunteer Fair is aligned with ULusófona’s mission to educate socially responsible citizens, capable of contributing to the reduction of inequalities, the promotion of social justice, and the strengthening of institutions. Through this initiative, the aim is to inspire the academic community to embrace volunteering as a practice for personal, social and professional development.
