How to classify invoices as education expenses?

COFAC is a company with more activity beyond Education, so the invoices issued are pending association with the respective classification in the e-Invoice portal as education expenses.

Follow the next steps to sort invoices into education expenses:

1. Go to "Invoicing - Buyer" and in the next message click on "Complement Invoice Information".



2. Choose the option marked in yellow

Important Note: in the e-invoice, what counts for IRS deductible expenses are the invoices and credit notes issued by the company, so regardless of being paid or not.

You should classify the invoices and credit notes that COFAC has reported to the AT (Tax Authority) for education expenses..
