The amounts paid (fees and/or tuition) in your student number are automatically associated with the taxpayer number (TIN) in your student file, so the invoices will automatically appear in the e-Invoice.
In case you can't find an invoice in the portal, follow the indications below:
- Check if the invoice appears in the Pending Invoices section
- Check the existing invoices with the COFAC NIF (501679529), and see if they are correctly identified as education expenses
- If they are not yet available, please confirm in your netPA, in "Financial Situation" - "Invoicing Documents", the date of your payments
Note: If you have made a partial payment of a monthly fee in a month before it is paid in full, the billing date comes with the initial (partial) payment.
