The amounts I paid at the University do not appear in the e-invoice (Finance Portal). How can I solve this?

The amounts paid (fees and/or tuition) in your student number are automatically associated with the taxpayer number (TIN) in your student file, so the invoices will automatically appear in the e-Invoice.

In case you can't find an invoice in the portal, follow the indications below:

1. Check if the invoice appears in the Pending Invoices section



2. Check the existing invoices with the COFAC NIF (501679529), and see if they are correctly identified as education expenses



3. If they are not yet available, please confirm in your netPA, in "Financial Situation" - "Invoicing Documents", the date of your payments

Note: If you have made a partial payment of a monthly fee in a month before it is paid in full, the billing date comes with the initial (partial) payment.
