    The internship is part of the Bachelor's Degree in Nutritional Sciences of the School of Health Sciences and Technology (ECTS), Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias (Lusófona University), taking place in the 4th year of curricular training, according to the directive.

    The content of this curricular unit is recorded on Internship respective manuals, which define the guidelines applicable to each professional context.

  • Objectives


    Its main objective is to provide trainees with an integrated vision of the professional practice of the Nutritionist in a real work environment. It takes place in clinical settings, collective food, and catering, public health, and/or research.

    It is expected that after attending the internship course the student will be prepared, giving him/her the tools and experience necessary for work practice.

    Incorporation of different innovative methodologies to support the teaching-learning process, whenever available in the internship sites.
