Objectives
Objectives
Students will deepen their critical analysis of data, interpret different digital sources and work on news discourse. They will also develop skills in the use of digital tools and an understanding of media organization processes involving AI technologies. Teaching integrates theory and practice and promotes technological adaptation to media convergence. The methodological approach, based on experimentation and analysis, ensures compatibility between the learning objectives and the training of professionals prepared for the challenges of journalism in the age of AI.

Teaching methodologies
Teaching methodologies
The use of AI as a tool is explored through hands-on labs, where students experiment with chatbots, automatic content generators, and data analysis tools. The approach to fact-checking includes applied studies on disinformation and verification algorithms, preparing students to critically evaluate the use of AI in journalism, through Problem-Based Learning, Project-Based Learning, and Research-Based Learning methodologies.

Assessment
Assessment
desinformação reforçam a consciência social e política.
